How did you come to the conclusion that it is an issue with AppList? |
If I uninstall AppList the issue goes away and I'm able to update the Cloud
Storage Apps.

I should also mention that as of late I can't just uninstall AppList as was
the case when this first started happening. When I uninstall AppList and
try to update one of these apps, CrashReporter is reporting that a crash
occurred in FileProvider and the app fails to update. More often than not,
as of late, I must reboot the iphone and re-JB to get the app to update.

So after removing AppList and seeing the FileProvider crash that triggered
a vague memory of File Sharing apps (i.e. Google Drive) having issues with
the Yalu102 JB. Sure enough there is a known issue there. Interestingly
enough, I did not have any issues with Google Drive,, DropBox, etc until
after I installed Liberty (which installs Applist) and LowerInstall. After
installing these tweaks something got triggered that would not allow me to
Update or Install these Cloud Storage apps. Removing AppList revealed the
FileProvider crash. I had tried removing Liberty and LowerInstall leaving
just AppList but the issue persisted. I'm convinced that some combination
of these tweaks triggered the issue with the Yalu102 JB. Not sure what the
exact trigger is but I think the issue is with the Yalu102 JB.

When I try to update or remove/install Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox while Jailbroken with Yalu with AppList installed I get the message "Unable to download app...the app can't be installed at this time". I tracked the issue down to AppList. I'm currently an using AppList 1.5.13 on iOS 10.2/iPhone 6s.
