I'm on the turtle tutorial, and the RQT app keeps crashing in Windows 11. The first two errors in the screenshot are on app launch. The third one is when I hit Help/About menu:

I also get freezing after I call a service, I'm not able to call a second service... the app locks up, instead.

Confirmed with Windows 10 as well (which is what we currently officially support). There is likely some path problems preventing rqt_gui_cpp from being found, which we'll need to look into. Thanks for the report.
