PrismJS not loaded on Ajax Page change

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for this great theme! I really like it!
I'm using PrismJS for syntax highlighting of my code snippets. Unfortunately when using this theme the "Code Box" is rendered with a white background and text with no syntax highlighting when switching to an article. Only a manuall refresh (F5) after the page has loaded, seems to initialize the syntax highlighting features and the box gets the colors it should have.. I'm not a web developer but this might have to do with Issue #6 ? Or maybe just the CSS is not loading properly?
Is there a workaround I can use?
