Scrub fields should be a suffix match

I know it's old, but the contents of #149 are still relevant today. Particularly the great comment here: #149 (comment), which also lays out some clear nexts steps pending the maintainer's feedback.

The callable support seems relatively easy and flexible, though the use case I'm after is having something like a _secret suffix. Then I don't have to add all my secret variable names to the scrub list. Generally, overscrubbing is preferable to leaking secret data IMO.
