With #202 being merged, we now ignore the configuration "tun-ipv6" and "ifconfig-ipv6" - and thus do not support any IPv6 configuration of the tunnel.

In the future, we should properly configure IPv6 over the tunnel.

from what I can tell, also the "connect options" include V4 in a hardcoded way (in config.ml).
