Updates all packages with a "lit" dependency to use ^2.0.0 || ^3.0.0 instead of just ^2.0.0. This is an internal choice not found in official vaadin components. The purpose is:

  • allow lit renderer helpers to be compatible with 2.x OR 3.x
  • allow deduplication of lit dependencies
