***_nws_ros devices silently removed from robotology-superbuild since December 2023 (including in 2024.02.0 release)

Since #1548, in the robotology-superbuild many ***_nws_ros devices have been silently removed (I did not noticed that, my bad), that is problematic as it broke some existing workflow on the AMI side (fyi @dariosortino @marcoforleo @S-Dafarra @GiulioRomualdi @evalli-iit).

Instead of silently removing those devices, we should properly announce then those devices are going to be removed from the robotology-superbuild, to permit people to migrate to ROS 2.
