Publish procedural guidelines for RoboCup 2024 and onwards to help referees, teams, and organisers. Steps should provide a non-binding framework for organisation and execution of RCLL events and make certain specifications and clarifications to the setups that are not part of rules since they might need to be adapted to specific venues or number of participants. Examples are:

  • HW setup
  • Field setup test
  • rules explanation
  • steps to follow for referees
  • guidelines for challenge track reservation
  • scruitneering -> Issue Scrutineering for RoboCup Events #38
    • min/max distances, heights, etc. are kept
    • cables safety (intact insulation, etc.)
    • lose parts, etc
    • battery safety
should ensure a sensible minimum of security.
As all teams have different robots, I believe we should discuss this so that fairness is ensured.
