recording not work？ I am using the latest version

I laid a runway like this on the floor，but after running, I only collected very few photos? Must the runway be gray?
by the way,I also started the car by CMD line,when use CMD: python manage.py drive,and control with webpage,It recorded normally,but, CMD: python manage.py drive --js,control with joysticker:PS3,it wont be work right, collected photos abot only 2 pics every 1 secont,like this

and,APP shown this，whats the matter?
