Describe the bug

The id of a new page can contain characters that are invalid. A title of "Test?" leads to an id test?.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a page and give it a title with a question mark at the end, for example "Test?".
  2. Save it.
  3. You get an error "This page does not seem to exist…"

Expected behavior

The title should be normalised to 'test' for an id.

Screenshots

After creating a few, here are the folder contents:

The first and last items have a question mark in their id, and clicking on them gives a 404.

This is with the current main branch.
