I like the idea, we must define a small set of specifications. I have a
ready to go version in a Dev branch which uses rails style commands and let
devs upgrade the library to a railsengine , web is behind the corner

Maybe we should not try to duplicate what rails does - it generates its own framework. Besides, people are leaving rails. My idea for biogem is to have it as a minimalistic tool to get people started...
