Add docker image (rivenmedia/forge)

  • Add required secrets to repo @dreulavelle
  • Add Release-Please
  • Add github action for building amd64 and arm64 images
  • Make sure to do db:pushin Dockerfile / entrypoint.sh so the db is always up to date with the schema
