Response type :created forces a media_type

there shouldn't really be a media_type param for a created response....
201 means "no body"
so, Content-Type makes no sense in that case

Yes, we shouldn't have a media_type param. We should have a location param instead (perhaps optional, depending on how stickler you want to be from a RESTful perspective)
