Error when running envmod

Hi,

I'm trying to run envmod scenario but after I pressed the Run button, there is an error and the process stoped

This error message seems to come from SUMO itself. Please try running the scenarios/envmod/intersection.sumocfg with SUMO only, i.e. without Artery.

It seems like SUMO does not know the type of departSpeed. Maybe try a more recent version of SUMO. Departing at the speedLimit was added some time ago with version 1.3.0.

However, that does not match the documentation, which states that version 1.0 or later is fine. Unfortunately, I did not consider that when building this showcase scenario.
