Add FAQ section to our documentation site

We get lots of questions in Discord that don't have easy to find answers in our docs. We should add a FAQ section to the docs so that those answers get easier to find with search. While it's probably better to actually incorporate the answers into the "regular" documentation pages, an FAQ section at least makes it easier to get the answer available at all even if it isn't optimal.
