A loading spinner component?

Very often in real-world examples made by @roym899, we end up with an empty view that stays empty for a while as we're waiting for some heavy computation to finish. E.g. there.

Now what if we could log an actual :slow-beach-ball: loading spinner kinda thing that would put the view in a 'please wait im computing' state? This would likely be a blueprint component I imagine.
