How it works

All users are imported with Switzerland as country, which is wrong for some users. Example: https://ilspilot.test.rero.ch/professional/records/patrons/detail/156780

How it should works

  • Switzerland is not set by default at import.
  • The country "France" is generated when a 270$f = "FR" or "France" exists (example: barcode = 2001122965). Otherwise, no country is generated.
  • [nice to have:]
    • Switzerland is generated if 270$e starts with "ch" or "CH"
    • French if 270$e starts with "F" or "f"
    • Germany if 270$e starts with "DE" or "de"
