Import Utility mishandling local path

Describe the bug
While using the "import from wikijs 1" with local data, the path is stripped when a trailing slash is used, which leads to a failed import.

To Reproduce

1. In "Utility", use "Import from WikiJs 1.x"
2. Select "Import from local folder"
3. In path "/wiki/repo-v1/"

Workaround
Just remove the trailing slash, it'll import correctly
3. In path "/wiki/repo-v1"

Expected behavior
Import all the files in the folder with or without the trailing slash.

• OS: DOCKER
• Wiki.js version: 2.2.51
• Database engine: postgres 11

Additional context
In the logs output you can see that with the trailing slash it'll remove the first letter of the name of the file. Sadly I don't have those logs anymore, but you should be able to reproduce easily the behavior.
