Is there a way to disable Mend.io renovate on a single repository that doesn't also disable renovate-cli?

My organization runs the Mend.io hosted app. It appears a handful of our repos have outgrown the limits of the Legacy(Pioneers) plan.

I have a workflow that I still need to see run to completion, I am successfully running renovate-cli for this in our CI job.

However I now have 2 Dependency Dashboards and a bunch of PR suggestions from complete run of renovate-cli and some partial suggestions from a terminated-early run of Mend.io renovate.

If I use any of the ways documented to disable Renovate in the repo config I disable it for both GitHub App and Renovate CLI.

Log into developer.mend.io and browse to the repo you want to disable.
You must be an admin of the repo (on github), and you'll see a Setting button

Browse to the Dependencies settings, and flip this setting off:

This should disable the Mend app from running Renovate on this particular repo
