The distribution specific builds do not seem to be available anymore. LRZ points out to install packages from http://lvserver.ugent.be/ - but this Server does not exist. Any other package repo? Or is the only way to install selfcompiling?

Are there any activities or discussions about the future of fgsl and maintenance of the package for linux distributions? We are using fgsl as a dependency in a project soon to be published at https://github.com/OpenBfS
it will be the Open Source code for UncertRadio

Apart from this thread, no. I have started a new FGSL development branch for further development, though. Concerning the binary packages, I can at best offer to supply spec or Debian packaging input files so users can generate packages themselves.

That server has indeed been taken down a couple of months ago. I was not publishing new distro specific builds for some time now as it took too much effort.

Ideally someone would just add to the debian package index and maintain it there. It should then automatically also propagate to ubuntu. Something similar could be done for EPEL.
