remove duplicate entries from reading lists

When new reading lists are built from existing readin glists, they appear to not overwrite the original but to extend it. At least this is the case in the building reading lists from citations.yml. This is resulting in papers making it into the list multiple times

potential fix: check if the same doi appears in the list multiple times and remove it.
