Grid not letting u get items

Describe the bug

I was using the item grid on my map like ordinary till I put a ender tank with infinty lava inside, the grid just "froze", like the items still updating but I wan't able to take them off the grid I.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

1- put a controller
2- power on the controller
3- put a grid on the side of the controller
4- open de grid and insert random items (Like slimeballs)
5- connect an ender tank to it using external storage
6- try getting the item off the grid
