Fixed adoc files for English manual #106

As mentioned on the Gitter feed, I have finished checking the remaining asciidoc files for the English manual, but I cannot get them to you via Git, so I am posting them here. I have also changed 1 image.
I hope you can use them.

. I have just spent an hour trying to make a pull request for them, but I need an idiot's guide to git or whatever. I don't know how I managed to send the files last time. Anyway, is there somewhere I can mail the files to? I'm not willing to waste any more time in sourcetree.
