Simple dashboard editor

Model consisting of screens,

where a screen consists of a series of steps,

where a step consists of what to display (e.g. queues overview, machines overview, error overview*) and for how long

Under the team, a new tab "screen editor" should make it possible to configure a number of these screens. Each screen should then have a "Launch" button, which will launch it in full screen-mode.

The purpose (in case it isn't obvious by now) is to make for some nice functionality that can be used as an information radiator
