I've successfully been able to make a PDF of realworldocaml from the sources.
However the source code in the PDF is not syntax highlighted. In other words, all OCaml code snippets are in a black monospace font which makes it a bit harder to read, compared to the HTML version.
Is it possible to get syntax highlighting in the PDF?

It's currently not possible in the PDF edition without work on the build process. No plans to do that for RWOv2 as it's about to go to print as a mostly-B&W print.
