Use the article test server in combination with seed data

Also for a future version of the seed script I was thinking it might be nice to use the metadata from the source and articles from https://github.com/reallyreadit/article-test-server/ That way not only is the UI in the app populated for people but they'll actually be able to read the articles as well without having to contact a remote web server. I still use that test server a lot when building out any new front end features.
