Switch from `requests` to `httpx` or `niquests` #33

requests is limited to HTTP/1.1. RCSB currently has the same limitation, making this a non-priority.

httpx is widely used and supports HTTP/2,
while the newer niquests supports HTTP/2, HTTP/3, and WebSockets.

Updated on 2025-03-11 to suggest niquests.
