Can't mouse select objects when the addon is activated.

I downloaded and started using the addon today. I had to heavily modify some parts so that it'd do things in a similar manner to Blender. I wanted to ask what your plans are for the future? I can say my workflow improves with the blender shortcuts especially when level designing.
Regarding the issue, when enabled you cant select objects using the mouse in a 3d scene.
