ROI Pooling Layer - Help understanding RP Param #37

    spatial_scale: 0.0625 # 1/16
  }

Looking at the layer, it seems to resize the output to [N, Channels, 7, 7] where N is the number of bounding boxes

Its not resize but a max pool. The ROI Image is divided in 7x7 grid and maxpool in each grid.
