Since #7589 contains model-breaking changes, we have to bump up MINIMUM_COMPATIBLE_VERSION to 2.6.0 in rasa/constants.py.

We used to do this by releasing an alpha (in this case, it'd be 2.6.0a1) and using that for MINIMUM_COMPATIBLE_VERSION, but this time let's try it directly, by updating to 2.6.0 before the release goes out.
