Steps to reproduce

1. In one tab open up https://attackerkb.com/topics/kSIKsoZiCT/cve-2019-0808?referrer=search
2. In another tab open up https://attackerkb.com/topics/MX1O7vNigS/win32k-elevation-of-privilege-vulnerability?referrer=search
3. Notice that the two entries have the same CVE ID and same description, but we have two entries for the same bug in the database.

Expected behavior

We should only have one entry per CVE number, or if multiple bugs fall under the same CVE ID, which is possible, then we should have some way of better seperating the various bugs that fall under the same CVE ID.

Current behavior

Can have multiple entries with same CVE ID and same description with no real way of differentiating the two. Apparently only the title is unique?
