Depends on #42 completion.

Add support for updating config of the nodes.

More high level info - user to be able to plug in CLI params in Rancher and SUC or some mechanism to update the node accordingly. Doing this per node is not very practical -- there would need to be node pools / templates to make this more feasible.

This would be needed in both K3S and RKE2. Can get an initial POC in and review with the team later before we move forward.
