Current week's data not showing during market hours, Monday 9/30

During today's market hours I was not seeing (and am still not seeing) any data for the current week's OHLC candlestick values using:

yf.download(ticker, period='3mo', interval='1wk', progress=0)

I'm getting data for all previous weeks, but not the current week. When I ask for daily data, I get the current day's data during market hours. When does the current week's data begin appearing?
