How to input a mesh file to know the classification result?

Hi, your project is really interesting :-D
I've read your project's readme and followed the basic steps.

Then I got a question, How to take untrained mesh data as input and know the classification (category) of that data?
Here is the process I was thinking of.

Can I get this result?
If I can get it, can you please give me a brief explanation?
