Enhancement Description

Want to create multiple input fields and also controlled form components

  • Input fields (text, passwords, select-box, check-boxes, text-areas)
  • Input fields with icons (phone number, date-select, text-areas)
  • Error input fields with proper error messages
  • Pin inputs
  • Controlled Form

Note: Please ask for assign to work on this because i am working on this & if you want to join then we will distribute this task between us. Task will be assigned within only assigned persons.
