Lacks probably some explanation regarding <stm32f1xx.h>. Where do i find the right version for this here? Where do i have to copy it? What compiler do i need?

Install stm32cubemx from AUR. Launch and Install STM32Cube MCU Package for STM32F1 Series (latest version is 1.8.6).

After that you need to export path to the local package repository as described in project readme.
