Allow gas standards to 'end'

Quite often a gas standard will run out/not be available, so that standard is not used for processing. This is usually a temporary situation. At the minute this requires the creation of a whole new instrument.

Can we add a STOP flag to external standards, so that QuinCe doesn't try to use it? That will prevent Missing Standards errors from the data processing.
