Formatting numbers presented by Squiggle

As researcher using Squiggle, I'd like to be able to format values presented by Squiggle as percentages or monetary values and/or with an adjustable number of significant figures.

With Squiggle Hub, there may be ways to have nice presentation layers, but it's taking some figuring out.

I've been making some calculators recently, and this issue has come up more times.

Here, it would be nice to have the money amounts formatted with dollar signs. It could also be useful to use a different representation for floats.

Here, it would also be nice to use dollar symbols, but in the chart itself.

Here, it would be nice to be able to display the final variable as a percentage, and also to show it with a specified number of decimal places.

I think we have something better now. You can do:

myVal = 30 -> Tag.format(d3Format)

Then myVal will have that format, when shown.

Tags aren't documented yet (still in Next), but should be soon. I think this will work pretty well here, about as good as we can expect. (though there will be tweaks to make it nicer/easier)
