What are the Hidden Gems in Quick Starter/Layout Items?

Hey.

I tried using the examples in the "Layout Items", with the squares, and tried what has been suggested,

Our squares have been magically enhanced to enable dragging.

Well, the Square items are not defined here in this example, so I used the Square rectangles defined previously, in a previous Quick Starter chapter, and they're not magically enhanced.
