What is the expected behavior?

Paper Reference: arxiv:2209.11405

  • Add the few simple constructions of quantum locally testable codes introduced in this paper.
  • Implement the check product
  • Add features for local testability

It would be great to include the SPC(D) family and product constructions from arXiv:2209.13474
