There's one thing left in here: we need some way of seeing the list of links that have failed a check over the last several iterations. This probably should be an admin page of some kind. Probably in a report style like:

The following links have failed checks:

-------------------------------------------------------------------
video id    |    url    |  last 3 fail dates and HTTP response codes
-------------------------------------------------------------------
292        | http://...  | April 18: 404, April 23, 404
...

Or something like that. The gist of it is that I want to see which links I need to go look at.
