Compilation time for packing function is quite long pytorch#130119 (200s for a simple bitpack)
[Low-bit optim] Add Llama2-7B finetune benchmarks #746 (compiled 8 bit adam takes 14 min)
Compile times for autoquant + max-autotune for inference
