A churn of vendor bumps and related vistir cleanup.
Because we bumped the version of requirementslib, we could also now bump vistir.
This in turn allowed removing spin.py so our distribution size is smaller.
As a result, I found another usage of vistir.misc.run in the test suite.
Finally, we bump colorama to a newer version which offers a clean API for fixing various issues with
windows consoles.
If no major issues are found by Windows users as a result of this change, we can move on to remove
even more unmaintained code from vistir.
