smartdns在设置非53端口且启用缓存时，建议自动设置dnsmasq缓存为禁止 #1850

现在是非53端口的话会自动设置list server '127.0.0.1#端口'

建议在开启缓存且非53端口情况下再来一个option cachesize '0'

虽然查询时会少一个转发，直接从dnsmasq缓存走，但是dnsmasq缓存是否为当下最理想的数据并不能保证，而smartdns的缓存可以保证这一点

我也是这次smartdns的luci出毛病导致死机，来回来去手动设置想起来的，因为还得手工去改，麻烦……
