PyMC Dev YouTube needs a banner on the home page here:

Seems like we could do something along the lines of the PyMCon banner or some nice time series or GP plot.

Edit: or something simple like PyData's banner (which is basically their logo): https://www.youtube.com/user/PyDataTV

@twiecki will ask Colin for raw image file. Would be nice to make this a bit brighter for the YT page.
