I can't seem to find anywhere in docs about instrumenting a SocketIO app.

It seems there's no OTel package for it: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python-contrib#934

Nor native support in https://github.com/miguelgrinberg/python-socketio.

Or we can create the instrument method ourselves here.
