adding Notes with Pushpin

Seems it would be useful to add Notes via Pushpin, too.

gah, of course right after I submited this issue - I discovered https://github.com/osmlab/osm-note. Going to close unless authors feel this is valid for incorporation into Pushpin

It's definitely worth looking into. There are times when I want to add a simple note because I don't have enough information to make an edit. Or when I notice something that I can't really fix from Pushpin because it requires a full editor.
