On Windows 10, I get the following the getting started guide when executing "spago build":
←[31m[error] ←[0mExecutable was not found in path: "git"←[0m
Everything seems to work fine up until build.

Do you have git installed? Looks like that is an undocumented dependency of spago. What do you get if you run git --version in that same terminal?
