What is the behavior that isn't addressed by the existing API?
Add overloads and units for the PROS API, since Okapi is not default anymore.

Additional context
Okapi is not default to PROS 4 and now we should add it as a kernel feature.

LemLib has a standalone units library, maybe this could be used / be a starting point / LemLib can make modifications and that can be used?

One of the primary authors of the LemLib units lib here: we are interested in working with the PROS team on this.
