don't automatically call system pager for help screens

Not sure if you're using a CLI library that doesn't give you a choice about it, but it'd be really awesome if the help screens would just write to STDOUT instead of invoking the pager.

I'm using https://github.com/commander-rb/commander , which does that automatically :(
